Says” like family “ I never felt like family there. Theft, lies, and secrets run the way there. The department I worked in gets dumped on a lot normally but here it’s even worse. Given 1 1/2 days of training , with no direct supervision for a month, had co workers unwilling to make changes and refused new ideas, I had a caused a few mishaps but I appologized for those mishaps, management lies about things I did and I have proof that they are lying. I advocated for residents and got in trouble. I shared personal stories with residents and got in trouble when I was answering questions, I got in trouble for asking questions.
