      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      The individuals in the buildings try their best, but nothing matters to Avamere besides profit and money. Corporate leadership openly promotes a hostile and toxic culture. If you try to raise any concerns they will not be taken seriously. Nepotism is an issue.
