The company works with you a lot to achieve your professional goals. There is room for growth if you prove to be a valuable member of the team.
Cons
Short staffed consistently. I understand it's a problem, but it was nonetheless demoralizing to be working a floor by yourself which was way above the patients per cna ratio.
