      Pros

      I loved working for Wendy and Martha at the Stafford in lake Oswego. Both of these women were available to jump in anywhere they were needed even if it wasn't in their job description.

      Cons

      reliable employees are hard to come by and a second chance policy should be in place for people who have backgrounds.
