      Pros

      Residents are great and wonderful people, even the challenging ones. Staff here really tries to provide the best care possible under the present circumstances.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, poor pay, and minimal supplies to accomplish your job with; which results in burned out disheartened caregivers. Just a miserable place to work, sad to say, because I love what I do.
