Pros
they provide you soup in the break room
Cons
overloads you with clients without attending any medical professionals on the premise, so you are pretty much left alone with 5+ fall or choke risk residents. since activity assistants do not typically require a CNA license, you're risking your livelihood if someone dies or gets injured. I left the company when they started asking non-CNA to feed choke-risk residents. the training only took about an hour. it's highly illegal.
