Pros
Good employees: lots of smart hardworking people Management overall does a good job: tries to treat everyone with dignity and respect Good pay and benefits: felt I was fairly compensated and benefits were better than most other companies I had worked for Good vacation policy
Cons
Culture declined from when the company started, moved from a regional model to a service line model and the sense of community and family suffered. Management is always pressing to get most out of employees, can make for long work days, stressful environment at times (similar to most companies).
