good employer, good projects in microsoft area across service lines, sister company of accenture so standards are pretty good, as a consultant you are given opportunities to certify yourself and grow, good benefits package
Cons
Hierarchical company, being on bench is considered to be a crime, employees are under pressure mostly, work sometimes not recognized as it should be
