Training, large clients, company is growing, you can work on large complex and challenging projects.
Cons
Company is divided into distinct service lines focused on MS technology applications, and doesnt team across these service lines well. Managment approach is very methodical and Accenture-like, resulting in slow moving approaches to address business needs. As you move up the management ranks, some service lines lack an inclusive senior management team.
