Business Outlook
Pros
-Training opportunities -Top notch accommodations when traveling -Challenging clients -Most people are great to work with (smart, protective of their people, etc.) -Extended benefits ($2000 a year to spend on stuff for work/life balance items)
Cons
-Lost some of the culture that made it great. Has gone from a somewhat startup culture to more corporate -Recent acquisition has muddied the cultural waters. Many "new" people don't have the same work ethic/values -Beholden to Accenture many times -Try to be transparent about career path but realistically it can all be thrown in the trash for things you should be doing that aren't on paper (or told to you after it was too late) -Consultants are expected to try and staff themselves
