Pros
Abundant training resources (but may not have time to utilise them if the person has been assigned to a poorly-managed project)
Cons
- Could be managed by Accenture managers if you become a resource loaned to Accenture's project. Need to get used to Accenture's culture as well. - Senior Analyst/Consultant level or above spends more time talking to clients and managing offshore resources than doing actual coding. Good place for people who want to develop their career path as PM, but not good for techies in the long run.
