- a variety of projects that can be high impact and super interesting - a clear emphasis of career advancement and upskilling - a great and sociable group of coworkers with a real collaborative environment - work life balance seems more manageable than other consulting companies
Cons
- the model to work with or pick up projects from Accenture leads to poor management and bloated teams - projects can be slim depending on the season - office culture can be a bit to political if you’re looking for heads down work - diversity in leadership and career advancement for women is a real issue - compensation is low especially for engineering and technology
