Pros
- Fast upward mobility (promotion within 6 months) - Great benefits for junior level (20 days PTO, 6% match on 401k, comprehensive insurance) - Friendly community
Cons
- As an IT consulting firm, your experience is 90% your project. I was put solo onto a client, which was difficult to navigate. I essentially worked for them; didn't interface with Avanade. - Little flexibility on project choice (for junior). HR and management would not let me roll off and switch projects, forcing me to leave the company (client project interfering with my personal life)
