Had workforce reductions (layoffs) 2 times in a 6 month period (in August of 2022 and in March of 2023). They kept hiring towards the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 while people in the bench were increasing. I think this was a bad idea as it could have prevented some people from getting laid off
