I started at Avanade excited but a little wary of their talk about culture. I’ve worked places that claim to have “great culture” but in reality they do nothing to connect with their employees. Avanade, though? Avanade has delivered. I feel truly cared about by my team and connected to those I work with on a daily basis. The salary and compensation is fair, and competitive with market rate.
