Terrible Leadership - Consultant Avanade Employee Review

Management, leadership and HR are don't provide quality support or listen. I found that you could talk to them, but ultimately it was up to you to teach yourself new skills (leadership provides no coaching), HR even told me to find a new company to work for, and management doesn't know how to properly utilize employees.
