Pros
Good company to work for if you want to add a lot of certifications to your resume (relevant or irrelevant). They compensate well.
Cons
I can think of many cons out of which few are: 1. You’re in bench most of the time unless you’re assigned to a long term project 2. You never get project you’re experienced in. Be open to ANY role if you do not want to be laid off or be in bench and do all sort of unnecessary learnings.
