Pros

Great PTO and holidays. Growing company that is expanding quickly

Cons

There seems to be a lot of frivolous and at times malicious firing process. California is an at-will hire state so they can let someone go at any time without reason which is fine. things do get a bit strange though when false and illegal reasons are given for the termination or when it is verbal with no documentation. One particular regional seems to be behind a good 4-5 people being let go, a number of which for an untrue "reason". They effortlessly switch from your support system who's "there for you" and "wants you to succeed" to a ruthless setup artist plotting on your downfall. Apparently if you live on site, they are willing to go to illegal measures and infringe or your privacy and rights as a tenant; doing things like intimidating/ pressuring entry without 24hrs notice or drawing incorrect conclusions, and furthermore personal vendettas against guests/ relatives who live there as well.

The benefits, quarterly bonus, working independently.

Cons

Very little to no training for supervisors. The expectations not meeting with reality. Very little support. Workloads are harder to manage. A very stressful work environment.
