      Cons

      Your direct supervisor will make a huge difference in your experience with this company. I have heard VPs and RMs speak badly about colleagues in front of people that should have not be hearing that. Management will also throw employees under the bus if that means saving themselves. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Turnover is extremely high and the education department does not provide enough support

      Very little to no training for supervisors. The expectations not meeting with reality. Very little support. Workloads are harder to manage. A very stressful work environment.
