Clear, concise instruction, manageable deadlines and satisfactory experiences with staff. Access to decision-makers a positive though there is also a lot of freedom.

Those who are not used to working on their own may find it difficult to adjust at first, a lot of trust is placed in you and that may intimidate some, but it works quite well for most.
