Great training, team work pleasant work place.

Nothing negative about the place

Friendly staff and helpful. Clean.

Low pay. Unsafe conditions for new grads. No support. Unsafe staffing. They don’t teach you the correct way of doing things. They don’t follow policies and procedures. They have An ICU ward with no Alines. The nurses aren’t truly ICU certified. When you make mistakes, current admin shows no mercy so you can learn from your them, they fire you and report you to the board, it happened to a few coworkers who are good nurses, a few were just new with little training just thrown into things they weren’t prepared for but they’ll use you cause they beee a body for staffing purposes ....They give unnecessary c-sections to OB patients who don’t always need it because Medical reimbursement for C-Sections pay better than vaginal to patients who don’t know any better. Some say they were coerced or pressured by the doctor who uses scare tactics and doctors will falsify documentation to make it seem “necessary”. JACHO visits way too often. Doctors still use paper orders cause they are so old they don’t know how to use the Computers no matter how many times you show them
