Nepotism is rampant and management is disrespectful at times. No growth opportunities. Many layoffs in the last year since the company had to be bought out, and no bonuses or raises in the last two. Company unfortunately seems on a downward spiral and at the brink of collapse unless absorbed by another flight simulator company soon.
