      Pros

      Good work-life balance and decent benefits, great colleagues and mostly good management.

      Cons

      Comparatively low pay, little room for growth, went through a period of lots of layoffs and reorganizing which was demoralizing and led to me taking on more work with no compensation. When asking for a wage adjustment to account for increased responsibilities, was warned it would be a bureaucratic slog that could take up to a year for a response - just awful.

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
