Great health insurance rates. Some tuition reimbursement programs available for nursing, but contract to work for Avera is required.
Cons
Management and Human Resources don't follow ADA laws, you're just a number and easily replaceable. High turnover rate. Quality care given to patient's not appreciated, only how fast you get thing's done. Education and experience level aren't considered with certain positions, and compensation.
