      The work is so simple a 13 year old could do it

      Cons

      Management has given raises to employees with 0 reproductions that either: repeatedly no call no show, do half their work and leave it for others to do, do the job flat out poorly or work when they feel like it. Those who even do one of these will get written up and receive 0 raises for 6 months.

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
