Pros

This company cares about their replete and goals as a whole. Not a ton of companies super you while advancing your career anymore. 1000% recommend Avera.

Cons

Sometimes feel like people get away with more than they should in regards to attendance. They do this looking into the problem. It is not in regards to favoritism though so they have your back as well.

Pros

It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

Cons

Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
