Pros
The sisters do seem to really be interested in living out the mission..... but, people in charge including HR are not what I would consider transparent or ethical.
Cons
HR cannot be trusted at all. During the past 2 rounds of layoffs, HR and management were compiling lists of people who used FMLA and workers comp to go to the top of the list. Front line staff didn't know about this, and it's illegal to do this. Don't trust HR or your manager. Keep in mind, this review is coming from a former manager.
