      An organization rooted in it's history, values, and community ties. Expect to join a workforce of individuals who have worked for the organization for 10, 20, 30, and even 40+ years. Excellent benefits package available to full-time employees.

      Cons

      Requires lateral move or leaving the company and returning to have a chance at a pay increase of more than 3% annually.

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
