      Accountability and consistency is sorely lacking Leaders are not objective and do not adhere to policies they hold staff to Communication from leadership is not clear or there is none Leaders do not or will not spend time with staff Favoritism is rampant Poor training Leaders do not meet with staff on regular basis to get feedback No mentorship provided

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
