      Pros

      They are flexible and cares about the family. CEO will walk around and speak with all employees. Doesn't hide in the "Eiffel tower"

      Cons

      Typical managers. Does NOT listen to employees when they are there doing the work. They expect you to know your job and expect you to do things that can't be done and most managers couldn't do your job.

      Pros

      It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
