Pros
Great team work within departments, lots of veteran nurses with great skills, compassion, and bed side manner. Patient to nurse ratios are good. Variety of patients. Benefits: 403b with up to 4% match and student loan payments.
Cons
Recently layed off a couple of managers that had been there for over 20+ years. Since the reduction of department managers you never see upper management that have absorb the responsibility of each departments and they have no idea what to do. Health insurance does not cover birth control.
