Pros

Front loaded PTO upon hire, vacation days no problem. Yearly raise. Currently moving system to EPIC.

Cons

4% absence from work calculated for full time employees, cannot miss more than 4% in 6 months or you will receive corrective action. You must apply for FMLA if you are sick with influenza or another short term illness, but in that regard, you receive 60% of your wages due to FMLA guidelines.

Pros

It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

Cons

Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
