Management continuously shirks responsibility. They will not answer questions or fix problems. Vital equipment breaks and it takes months for anything to be done. Patient safety concerns are ignored. Every problem is ignored. Staff have been physically and verbally attacked by family members and were told to keep quiet about it. Violence from patients is common. Staff is expected to simply take abuse, and there is no support from management whatsoever. Expected to take frequent contact from management for non-urgent matters off the clock. There are no boundaries.
