avery is a great paying job.. i have never worked for a company that in 3 years you could go from 30k to 55k.
Cons
management will not listen, we adopted a policy of promoting from within, the problem being that the people they promote have a history of failures and unethical behavior.. avery recenently paid $60 million for a new operating system that is flawed. as an employee it is difficult for me to do my basic job bc of oracle.. we minimum standards that we have for our customers, but none for ourselves. we hire anyone even ones we already know can not physically and mentally do the job. we take defective material and are expected to make it good with a wave of out putty knives. we have plant operating principles that we only follow when people from outside ft wayne are in building. employees hide injuries bc of fear of punishment. we document less than half of our black flags. we take off loads from other sites knowing full we cannot meet the deadline
