Unfair Practice - Coating Operator Avery Dennison Employee Review

I got let go due to quality performance (deserved), but they never told me I was let go. The work was getting really slow, and they were talking about layoffs. I took my vacation days at the end of the year (so I didn't lose them), and was told I had to talk to HR when I didn't get my check. I was unable to reach HR, but found my termination package in the mail the next day. Still no contact with anyone from HR. I liked working there, the job was ok, but the leadership and communication was horrible.
