Pros
WLB and job stability for the most part. You’ll meet genuinely good people from around the world. Corporate and nonfactory staff all work from home so if you’re looking for flexibility in hours/locations this is a great place to work.
Cons
It’s an old boy’s club. You’ll see white men rapidly climb through the ranks. If you manage to become one of the few hand-selected tokens, don’t expect to get promoted based on merit.
