Corporate Arrogance - Supply Chain Avery Dennison Employee Review

I was absorbed into Avery via 2020 acquisition. Their transition management was promising at first, but it soon became apparent this was not their normal culture. Avery is typical top down management who do not really value input except from legacy Avery employees. It's a typical large cumbersome environment with many layers. Getting change to occur is near impossible due to these layers as people utilize pocket vetoes if they are politically connected within Avery. Avery hires you from the neck down to execute, not neck up to think or collaborate for solutions. It's a typical American corporate environment where good ides go to die....
