Culture has tanked in last 18 months - Marketing Avery Dennison Employee Review

Marketing management is terrible. There is so much bullying and distrust that most days I am stressed before I even start working. There are two in particular who are horrible to work for and with - the Marketing VP and the Director of ABE and Demand Generation. Everything is disorganized and you can't trust management at all. Two very smart well loved coworkers were dismissed out of jealousy and spite and chaos has ensued. Everyone is unengaged from their work and most of us are looking for other jobs when we aren't working.
