Pros
-Overall solid company, location is flagship lots of visibility and opportunity, - Pay is fairly good especially for indiana, but you won't be able to live downtown unless your willing to burn some cash - Work environment is nice, depending on the department your in - Allows you to fail and grow from mistakes -People do for the most part actually treat you like a another decent human being
Cons
- Depending on the "Actual" role you have there is a tendency to be overworked (especially PEs) and in other roles there might be stressful times on occasion or just a lack of work overall - As much as they preach about development the training aspect is rather poor, its true we all learn alot on the job but some roles just need better onboarding programs to actually be able to work on your own without floundering for 3-6 months
