Seek employment elsewhere - Customer Service Representative Avesis Employee Review

Avesis management is by far the pettiest and most unprofessional clique you'll come across in a workplace. Stats, Experience, Adherence, you name it - doesn't matter! What matters is who you know. They pay you dirt for the work you're doing (your job and fixing 10 others mistakes.) Their claims department is terrible and extremely inaccurate. The Leads gossip all day and are never to be found on the floor helping associates. You are promised diamonds, and you'll receive cubic zirconia from this company. Don't be fooled by the nice building, the management and service is terrible. I would NOT recommend working here. You are wasting your time and value.
