Pros

Laid back environment, work with your schedule and encourage a healthy home work life. Great hours

Cons

TLs and managers date reps. Upper management uses call center as dating grounds. There is a lot of favoritism shown. Drama!! They forget that the employees are human.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
