      Pros

      Bright future with Guardian conversion. The Avesis President and CEO are very professional,excellent leaders and have the company's best interest at hand. They want to see folks thrive and succeed. But they trust their SR management team is following their example and it's the complete opposite. They need to be made aware of what is happening with in as explained below

      Cons

      Current SR management team (director and VPs) do not work well together. No communication at all, back stabbing name calling all done by directors VP's and higher. It's dog eat dog, no such thing as team work in vision

      Pros

      Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

      Cons

      Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
