Pros

Plenty of work to keep you busy, and focused if you like to sit for long periods of time. They have some Ok food in the lunch room but that’s about it.

Cons

Management favors people. As long as you kiss butt you’ll be fine. If your not that type of person then don’t apply. It says able to work from home but it’s a lie. They supply you with laptops but you can never work from home.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
