      Pros

      Good pay, but this it.

      Cons

      Benefits are not so good. Management is border line in-competent.Promotions are given on the basis of having good relations with management, vs professional ability. Quality of service and products provided to the customer are inferior. That is way company chooses to operate in order to save money vs trying to improve quality of services or products provided to the customers. Upper managers either do not know, or do not want to know that purchasing managers take kick back from vendors.

      Pros

      Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

      Cons

      Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
