The management is great. They treat you with respect and make you feel welcome from day one. Always happy to answer any questions and make the work place a pleasant place to be. Good benefits from day one.

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
