Pros

Leadership is incredible, inclusive atmosphere, positive work culture, limitless opportunities. Management is always looking for ways to improve, and is making System changes based On employee advice. Through this pandemic they found ways to make the employees even more engaged by increasing our team huddles. My manager also trusts me with difficult projects and does not micromanage me, which is a great feeling. They also have 100% tuition reimbursement, which is putting me through school.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
