Pros

Great company to work for! Felt like a family. Leadership and mission was amazing. Very open to suggesting change.

Cons

Being taken over by a larger corporation may have changed the dynamics and culture. Job titles became a demotion once acquisition took place.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
