Stressful Micromanaging CYA environment - leaders are always looking for someone to blame and to make sure they don’t get caught as being the one who really caused an issue. Non-responsive leaders, leaders who don’t know how to lead, leaders who gossip and speak badly of others all the time but then act like the people are great to their faces, leaders who only work with those they like and treat others badly- favoritism a lot. Leaders are very negative and create a feeling of animosity. Speak poorly to employees. They don’t work with you, they just talk at you. Leaders need to be let go and new leadership put in place.
