Great employees. Collaborative environment. ELT is doing what they can to turn the company around. Investing in leadership.

Cons

Decisions being made by the wrong people. Not enough decision makers in the right roles. It’s like a startup and is going through many growing pains and challenges.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
