Pros

Opportunity for growth. Friendly down to earth people you work with. Equipment is efficient.

Cons

Minimal structure and organization. It’s about who you know to be considered for management, not how well versed you are in the role. Training was rough. Mandatory overtime and pay/ hours are non negotiable.

Pros

Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

Cons

Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.
